7 1/2 hours for a brake job. I was the first appointment at 7:15am and my car wasn't ready until 3pm. After the first 4 1/2 hours I called/ told service rep I needed my car by a certain time, and it still didnt happen

Words can’t describe how thankful I am to have all my cars maintenance completed by such a awesome team. For that, is the reason I drive from Orange County to Upland, CA and will refuse to take my car anywhere else. :)
Disappointed one of the settings was changed and unable to change back. Not right to leave the setting they changed.

The inside of my car was dirty including my carpet.I would like to know my car is being handled and cared for with upmost respect especially during this pandemic. The outside of my car was even worse along with two damaged rims all in all, I love Ford, bought my car from the old location but NEVER had an experience as this
