They had the truck for three days and were unable to trouble shoot and solve the problem, the trailer plug/receptacle is not receiving any volts to the running lights tab in the receptacle. They did perform other work that I did not request. I will have to take it to another location with technicians that are capable of performing this type of work. We were leaving on vacation and pulling a trailer that they were aware of and then gave the truck back and said sorry. Wow!

Very pleased with the service Ford of Upland provides when I take my vehicle in.
I brought my vehicle in for repair, within 20min of leaving the lot it overheated. I brought it right back and was told the engine was blown. Nothing was wrong with engine when we dropped it off except that it overheated. Now it’s knocking and worth nothing. I just put 3 grand into fixing issues and this is how I get paid back. The car is worthless. Never come back to this dealer again.

I had a appointment set up for Thursday. Never received a call about the status of vehicle. I called sat afternoon and unaware service closed at 2pm. Had to go get a rental car on Monday and pick up tools out of my vehicle. It was parked in the dirt in the back lot. To be honest, I don't feel my vehicle was even worked on until late Monday or maybe not even until Tuesday morning. It was complete around late Tuesday morning. And in the end all they had to do was reprogram something. I find it hard to believe it takes that many days to reprogram. So that's another reason I'm lead to believe it wasn't ever worked on until late Monday to early morning Tuesday. Overall customer service sucked!!!!!

Unfortunately we did not feel like a valued customer. We were not kept up to date on the status of our vehicle. Our service advisor did not make timely attempts to reach us. We understand that state of our vehicle was not his fault and out of his control. We were told multiple times he tried calling us and left us voicemails yet rarely did we have missed calls or messages from him. We made many attempts to call and reach our service advisor only to be told he was out to lunch and would be back only to find out he wasn’t at work. The fact that no other service advisor could take our calls because we weren’t their customer left a bad taste in our mouth for Ford of Upland. When we finally picked up our vehicle after 76 DAYS it was was only rinsed off and never washed like we requested.

He’s very professional. He made us feel that he cares about the issues that our SUV need. He took care of everything that needs to be done and we are very satisfied. He made recommendations to keep our vehicle in good running condition for along time and we appreciate it.
