Initially I kept telling the service writer I had a Ford Factory Extended warranty. He literally told me, “No you don’t.” He told me I might have an extended warranty, but it was not Ford. Fast forward 10 frustrating minutes, and it became apparent he or another employee entered a VIN for an F150, not my F250, and yes, I DO have a Ford warranty. Didn’t really appreciate having to debate the warranty over your employee’s error. Communication regarding the repair work was pretty good. When I picked up the truck, the driver side interior portion of the door was covered in grease/oil. I find this to be sloppy and unprofessional. I like your parts department at the Foothill store, but not real impressed with your service department.

Did not check with warranty company before diagnosing the issue. Warranty company did not offer coverage and we are being charged $179 for the diagnosis.

Service and updates took far too long. Dropped my truck off on a Thursday, didn’t get it back until the following Wednesday. For what was supposed to be a half-day to maximum full day service. Received an update on Friday after drop off, and then zero correspondence until it was ready (which I had left two voicemails asking for a update, both of which were never returned). Honestly, I prefer to support the local businesses but the delayed response and lack of communication from Ford of Upland has caused me to take my business to another Ford service center next time around. Big disappointment.

I took car in on 11th got back 28 of Oct. Was told car would be ready last Friday 10-22 ,or Monday 25. After no call I called and was told ABS Modular they put in was defective and they had to get another one from the same place, I ask would it be a week like before. I told Mark I was frustrated. He called me back same day (Monday) and said they would send over night or 2 day. Next call was Thur. 28 at 2pm to say car ready. I felt uninformed and I had to call to check. Mark was polite and got me a discount, however I feel the communication not as good as I should have recieved. At srart of repair he also had me waiting with install of new master cylender, 2-3 days locating this part. I feel repair of 3 weeks way to long.

Dropped car off at 10:40 and had to pick it up at 4pm. No diagnostic was even attempted on my vehicle, 2021 explorer due to staffing issues. This is my 4th time taking my vehicle in due to electrical issues, it was purchased in January 2021

You were going to leave my Transit Van in the Dirt Lot for 3 weeks while you ordered the Warrant Parts. The Van has been to Ford of Upland for Service quite a few times for Service and you never seemed to have the time to look at it when it was there, it has been making this Sound for over a Year. And now you looked at it and said it was the Turbo. I would like to know why it was not looked at it when it was there for Service, Check your Records to see how many times it was there? So I called another Dealership and they said let us have it for 2 days so they could order the Parts and once the parts come in, bring it back and leave it for 2 Days and we will fix the Van. I use this Van for my Business, I couldn’t afford to leave the Van at your Dealership For 3 weeks. And I bought this Van from your Dealership. Your Customer Service is Not Very Good.
