It was very disappointing to arrive to pick up my vehicle after I received the text it was ready to find out that all of the repairs notes on the check in documents were not completed. I wasn’t given a reason why it wasn’t done just that it wasn’t done. I called the customer service representative and she said she would talk to the owner and the General Manager and get back to me. No one has gotten back to me yet in a day and a half. Now I receive this text to complete a survey at 7:15pm Saturday evening. You couldn’t have worse timing.
Good service and good management
I had a horrible experience with Ford of Upland this time with my car. I have taken my car here for several years, but I will never take it back or recommend anymore customers to you. Mark Saunders was rude and short with me on the phone twice with my car. I called the service manager to report it and Janice is the one that finally started to find out information about my cat. Mark called back and his tone was very rude and he still was short with me again. I found out my warranty was experied but I still was going to go thru with the repairs, but with Mark's unprofesdionalism I decided to call my other mechanic and he told me to get my car and bring it down to him so he can diagnose my car for free. He also quoted me a cheaper price for the same work. I went to pick up my car and nobody greeted or talked to me about my car when I arrived. The two gentlemen in front just stared at me. While I was paying for my car one of the guys in front started whistling pop goes the weasel when I was paying for my car. I am not sure this was directed at me. Bit I think it was due to the horrible experience I had at Ford of Upland. The only people who were helpful and pleasant were the service manager and the person at the window when I paid my bill. I am also reporting this to the better business bureau for cars. My statement didn't even tell me what I paid for. It just said I declined everything. I have been a customer for years but I will never return. I understand being short staffed right now, but thst does not excuse your staff to be rude and unprofessional with customers.I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the Ford of Uplanf Service.
I never spoke with Gustavo. I only got a text message with a phone number which I thought was his phone number he never answered. I had to call to find out about my vehicle from a secretary that had to put on hold to ask information about my car rather than me talking with someone in the service dept.i still don't really know if they completely fixed my vehicle.
Very poor communication. On my previous experience I waited 2 full days before calling to find out what status or eta was. Each time I called I waited on hold before getting anyone to answer at least 15 minutes. This last experience I was told it should be done same day, and once again no call. So I had to call and wait another 15 minutes before getting somebody live. The service rep I had told me they would call same day and they didn’t. They kept my car an additional day. If I was told before hand that it would be multiple days I could of planned accordingly
Dissatisfied with the lack of communication. Initial estimate was 1-2 days, ultimately took 4 full days, and there was never a call with an update. I had to call in at the end of each day to find out progress. And when Mark said he would check and get back to me in a few minutes, I didn’t hear back until the following day. Also the text notifications would be good if they were responded to. They gave the impression that they were monitored but I didn’t get a response when I asked a question that way either. Overall just poor communication and slower than expected service.

I paid online. The cashier didn't know that so we paid again.Then we argued and got a refund. The cashier needs to know the account status!!!
No one acknowledged me when entered service department. Employees ignored me and I had to ask for help.
