Communication was inconsistent from Mike when there were delays in my service. This caused me to scramble to find a vehicle to go to work. I tried calling the dealership and leaving a message, but had trouble getting through. When I did get through, I left a voicemail and was never called back.. he finally just gave me his cell phone. The job ended up taking a week and a half longer than the first estimate. For a $3,700 job, I didn’t really feel like a priority. I get it, delays happen.. with strong communication, I would have been a lot more understanding. Honestly will go to another Ford dealership in the future for purchases/service. You have a beautiful dealership, but overall customer experience in the service dept needs work. Hope the feedback helps

Coffee The staff that took care of me awesome! The fact that there is no COFFEE dismal!! Come on Ford buy the dealership a coffee machine!! I will go to target and get them a mr coffee Just take care of it

I had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was there 2 hours 40 minutes. Additionally, the automatic headlights were turned off and some of the sensors including windshield wiper rain sensors. It started raining on my way to another appointment which I missed it due to my oil change appointment running 45 minutes over. This is my husband’s car and is only the second time I drove it and wasn’t familiar with how to turn these features on. Staff was professional and friendly and will return, but will not wait but drop it off and get a ride back a few hours later.

On a prior service my vehicle left oil on my garage floor. I advised my adviser. This time not only did oil drop on my garage floor but there was oil every where under my hood. My vehicle was returned with mud under my wheel wells as well as water spots on the exterior. I keep my vehicle imaculate inside and out. Took me 2 hrs to degreese and clean my vehicle. Disappointing.
