I have them check my battery and when I picked up the car they advised the battery was good. I got home and car did not want to start so I checked the report and it says battery is bad. I know I’m under warranty and wish they would have told me when I was there to just have the battery changed out instead of tell me the car was good.

Once again I am completely satisfied with the service that I received at Ford of Upland thanks to Steve Isip! My car was handled with the utmost care and was returned to me in the same condition as I left it in. The service was prompt as was the Uber drop off and pick up service! I appreciate everything that the service department does to service my cars.
As always, Gus treats my sister and I like family. He makes sure our voices are heard about every noise and clink, and investigates fully. I have lots of choices about where to take my car for repairs, but we have trust Upland ford, and the excellent service we receive whenever we walk through the door for years. Nicely done. Mark was a great guy, don’t get me wrong. I ran Goodyear service centers for 21 years. I have never heard of taking over two weeks in a dealer service center to do (and I will go easy) 4 hours of work
