I was satisfied with the work, as far as the representative, he was not very friendly did not even ask me the color of my car,(I noticed on the statement/receipt he put unknown). Then a whole day later I get a text that my vehicle is ready for pick up..I thought the text was a scam. He needs to be more people friendly.

Waited for about one month for part that was to be delivered in a week. When part finally arrived it was the wrong part. I’m now told it has been reordered and it will take 3 to 5 days to obtain. Not holding my breath. The absolute best part of this experience was when I picked up the truck the plastic shroud around the mirror was dislodged hanging 1/2” below the mirror. Apparently not replaced during the attempted repair. Don’t worry I fixed it myself. Just wondering if other parts were not replaced properly. When I returned to my residence I was greeted with an email stating that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up ?????????
