One note is when I came to pick up my vehicle it was parked in the guest parking out front and the doors were unlocked. Nothing appeared to be missing, but it being unlocked was a little worrisome.

The service is always great! I drive from Chino Hills to have my vehicle serviced by Ford of Upland because I have been burned too many times by the dealership down here. Great service in a timely manner!
The service representative, Mike, left work early but no other service representative replaced him. Consequently, no one contacted me about my car. So at the end of the day I called to ask about my car. Another representative said it was ready but they were not able to tell me about my car. Furthermore, a repair was not completed because a part was not available but no follow-up contact has been received about the repair of a broken fog lamp. This service experience has been very poor in customer service quality.

I was completely unsatisfied with the service department at Upland Ford. I made an appointment for late Friday morning hoping to allow enough time between Friday afternoon and Saturday to complete the service on my vehicle. This is not how things worked out. I was informed Saturday afternoon the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until sometime on Monday. I didn’t get the vehicle back until Tuesday afternoon. I didn’t receive updates on the vehicle’s progress unless I called in or stopped by. The untimely service caused me to lose hours from work and will ultimately result in a light paycheck next week.
This is a work van under a fleet account and I know that approval for work can take a while but these were very simple service items on a Ford Transit Van. The communication was minimal and frustrating. I am just happy to have the vehicle back and I can get back to work.
As always Steve is extremely professional and on point with everything that needs to be done to my vehicle. I have always received exceptional service from the moment I arrive to when I pick up my vehicle. I would highly recommend Upland Ford to anyone that wants to have their vehicle serviced by dealer!

Nothing wrong with the Service. It was those worthless cashier girls ,slow, acting like they didn’t want to be there , personality of an Fn rock. If they worked for me I’d **** can them all.
