I have been coming to
ford of upland for over 25 years. We buy our cars from you and use the service department exclusively. It took much longer than expected today today, I had to contact the service rep to inquire about cost and repairs, I had to wait while service rep went to lunch before completing the paper work and I didn’t get a car wash as I had requested. Very disappointed with this visit!
I made the appointment to get the recall work done and also adden an oil change while the vehicle was there. The oil change was not done. I had to call and have it added after the recall was done while made the vehicle stay there longer. I had arranged an early bird drop off. Was frustrating to have to call and follow up making sure the stuff I wanted done was completed.
Still have some of the same issues
I rented a car out that is covered by my warranty. Steven told me they would send me a check
Covering the cost of the rental. The check was never sent , I ended up having to pay for the rental. I’m disappointed because my warranty covers this and I still had to pay for the rental car.
Dishonesty at its finest.

You guys but really considering to take all my oil changes and money back to Fontana where I originally bought the car.
I really hope not writing out the check for this was worth loosing my loyalty since I’m in there every four week do the packages.

Very professional, addressed my concerns and service was completed to meet my scheduled one-week trip.
Took a little longer than I thought it would, but the car is running fine and I have no complaints.
Robert was extremely helpful and very professional in attending to my maintenance needs.

3 hour delay from promise. Requested the car to be washed thru the response to the text message and was not done.

Kim Hawkins went above and beyond in communication regarding repairs on my car. Even when she was home sick she followed thru on all communications. Thank you Kim. The drivers who took me home and picked me up we're friendly and very polite.

I went there on 5/19 regarding about when can I pick up my vehicle. The lady at the front desk checked my file and told me the parts will arrive today and the technician will be in on Monday. So I can for sure to pick up my vehcile. On Monday(5/21) I called Eric. I asked what time I can pick up my vehicle today. He said the parts will arrive today(5/21) and I can pick up the vehicle on Wednesday and he doesnt know who told me that I can pick up Monday. The way he talks and his voice sounds like he's sarcasm. All I want to say is really bad management! Will never go back. Thanks.
