2 major oil leaks in my 2016 Fusion. Just got it back and now it’s shaking since they had to pull the transmission. Now I have to bring it in again.

Did not get full synthetic oil change as requested. Car not washed as requested. Air filter not changed as required. Very poor service.
Everything was great and a lot faster than expected which was awesome. Only thing was they said they were going to wash the car, but when I picked it up, it had not gotten a car wash that I had requested. But that’s ok.

All the employees we talked to were very courteous and the time to service or car was so quick ,I was thinking it was going to be an all day event but was actually surprised when they called and said my mustang was ready ,,Steven Martinez from the service department gets an A++++

Service advisor was courteous and professional.ymdaugjter and I waited for vehicle and they serviced my F250 relatively quick and allowed us to get on with our day.
Everything was fine except that no one called to let me know that my car was ready. I had to call to find out if it was ready.
My experience was wonderful. I anticipated having to wait an hour. I was in and out within 15 mins! Eric was professional and personable.
my oil change was not done even though i was told it would be done and they did not update my service sticker when i checked my oil check it was at 50 percent
