After I paid it took 3 more visits to get the problem fixed. Kept ordering parts that were bad. Not sure who's fault this is but it was very frustrating. I spent 3 weeks going in and wasting time to find out the part was bad. There needs to be better quality control over these things especially when I paid over $600 for a service that should've been a simple fix, in my opinion. My issues still haven't been fully met but it's somewhat better now.
The factory recall was corrected quickly.
I will continue getting my car worked on from there! I’ve been coming to that place for years!

The service department was swamped the day I came in for service (at 10:30am). Eric indicated the vehicle probably would not be ready until 2pm, but said he would see what he could do. An hour later the car was ready to go. I was very pleased, to say the least.

It took 3 hours for an oil change which was too long but Steven was very nice and helped me get everything set up and figured out.

Robert's service was great. However, the one problem I do have is not his fault...your pricing. When I brought in my car for an oil change, Robert suggested that I do a brake fluid exchange after taking a look under my car's hood. When I asked him how much this service cost, he quoted me about $140. I told him I would consider doing it the next time I brought my car in for an oil change. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I called a local auto parts chain to ask them about the same service. They quoted me half the price I was quoted by Robert. From this point on, the only maintenance service I plan to bring my car in for to your dealership is oil changes.

Having an appointment at 830 and not officially leaving until 1145 is a bit much for a “works pkg” and a battery change. Not Kim’s fault. The techs had all to do with it....didn’t charge my battery when I asked it to be done...and not rotating my tires and I had to come back for an extra 20-30 minutes lost in my day just to do that. Just not an overall good experience.....
Eric was extremely helpful and fast. He promised me he'd have my car diagnosed by the next day and he even got it done the same day. Very pleasant and he cared about me getting a good deal.
