Oddly enough I have worked with Robert before at a different dealership. His level of customer service is better suited at Ford of Upland. I love coming to Ford of Upland. Robert is courteous and professional but also personable.
The service took to long and was incomplete. My car was not washed and my tires were not rotated.
Unauthorized repair was performed. Will report to BAR.

Steven noticed me standing in the lobby when he took it upon himself to see if I had been helped. The person I made an appointment with seemed **** and Steve didn't hesitate to insert himself. He communicated with me very well. I also told him additional to the service I needed on my car, a cap for my tire was missing from the previous service I had. When my car was ready the tire cap was forgotten although he specifically wrote it on the receipt he gave me a copy of. When I brought this up to him, he made no excuses, apologized and went back himself and grabbed me a cap for my tire. Again, he apologized and thanked me for coming in. I am very pleased with his service.
Kim Hawkins did a GREAT job on my Ford Taurus. My son, his wife and their (my grandchild) were using the Taurus for a week and I thought there was a brake issue. Kim was able to get the brakes checked and the and the regular service work completed as well. She was able to squeeze the Taurus into a full number of cars and trucks. This is why I have Ford of Uplland do all the services on our Ford F-159 and the Taurus.
