I have leased or I should say companies I work for is leased cars from upland ford in the service department has always done a good job with the cars that have been leased for me
My car needed a “software update.” I had just brought my car in a few weeks ago for maintenance. I don’t understand why the update wasn’t automatically done at that time. It would make sense that such a thing should be part of the maintenance service.
Robert Perez was great, though. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Very professional and courteous.
He is very knowledgeable in his job. Giving honest and reasonable advice.

Kim was most helpful and also secured a rental vehicle for me that I needed. She was professional and knowledgeable about my truck needing a recall notice taken care of.
I was pleased that I now have two working keys. However, I was told the process would take 1.5 hours but by the time the process was done it took 5 hours. Also, no one updated me at any time during the process. That is unacceptable to me!! Steven was very kind and helpful but there was no reason that the service took this long.
Everything was done in a timely manner and I was updated along the way.
I appreciated Eric and staff resolving my issue so quickly, as I am scheduled to drive my Transit to Wyoming in about 3 or 4 days.
Bought 4 new tires, had them installed ..only thing was , the rims were dirty when I got home. Had to wipe them down
