Steve Martinez does an excellent job in communicating with people. He contacts us to let her know our vehicle is repaired in a timely manner. He greets everybody as his friends so we feel comfortable with him exchange you information about are of our problem on Are vehicles. He also gives us updates what needs to be done at the time. First of all I had to argue to get my service advisor to put my repair through the warranty he had told me that it wasn’t covered and there was no point in putting it in. Then the service manager put it in and it was approvedz My truck was not test driven and when I picked it up they had left a sensor unplugged that left the truck with no power and I was almost in a accident on my way out of dealership. The problem was fixed while I waited but could have been avoided by a easy test drive. I was also told my battery needs to be replace or looked at by three different people but when I asked that to be taken care of they said they didn’t have time. This all could have been avoided by people taking pride in their job and doing their duties.

Granted I was given an estimate of $42 for oil change for my Ford fusion hybrid 2017 . Upon paying the bill after the service , I was told it would cost me $55 due to different type of oil as opposed to requesting synthetic blend . The bill going to cost me over $55 . Robert may have been a nice gentleman however this mistake was not very impressive even cleaned it up by saying can you give me discount the next time I come in for an oil change . After-the-fact Donemy gave me no receipt indicating a future discount . It is things of this nature makes the general public not feel comfortable going to dealerships such as yourselves . If anything they should’ve gave me the actual quoted price and what I requested at that given moment . I’m not sure if I will return to your dealership for future car servicing . As a sidenote I think kim from my past service provided me the upmost best quality that she can give. I only wish the same for Robert. I truly don’t think I should have paid for his mistake and would like this corrected on my bill. You may reach me at ****-****-xxxx.

steve left without giving any report to anyone to cover our car/service. we had to constantly explain our situation. then we were incorrectly charged until sweet kim stepped up and got a manager involved to help with the cost of fixing the car. if you are leaving for 2 days and have open clients whose cars are scheduled to be done, pass off report to another advisor. so frusterating

robert was told my cars problem recreates after deiving for 45 min. my car was driven 0.3 of a mile and told they could not re create the problem and i was charged a $130 service fee. robert was rude and was ver “it is what it is” about the situation

The service advisor was great, and actual service was good. However, this is the 3rd time I requested a car wash after service. Twice the car wasn’t washed at all, and this time it looked worse than when I dropped it off. Very disappointed.

The parts needed to fix my Ford connect passenger seat they were supposed to be new but were in poor condition luckily Kim called me and said the part was so bad that it couldn't be replaced so wasted 6 hours on a Saturday Kim did give me a free oil change
