I was charged for nothing being done to my vehicle. I lost a whole day without my car just so they can tell me to bring it back when the check engine light comes back on. I feel I was cheated out of $130.00

Eric is the best. Talk to me in terminology I can understand. I drive 78 miles round trip past two other Ford dealers to have my car serviced at Ford of Upland and always ask for Eric help me with my service appointment.

My car was left on Saturday morning and I was updated Saturday afternoon. I asked for my car to be finished with the inspection on Monday with a total so I could make a decision. No call on Monday. I had to drive by on Tuesday after work to ask about my car which they never finished the inspection. So I told them I would have it towed on Wednesday after work. Not the service I expected. I may have been buying a new car but due to the lack of service I received. I will be buying a new car elsewhere.

I recieved my RV back in a dirty condition with grease marks all over the front hood, side entry door, steering wheel and on my carpet by the gas pedal. I just did a major cleaning the previous Friday so I know it wasn't from me as I don't service my own vehicle. I have pictures of the dirty condition. Disappointed in the lack of care taken by the mechanic!
Robert did a great job, but the guys didn’t wash my truck even though the paperwork noted it.
