I received a text from Kim at 11 a.m. telling me she would update me on the status of my car. Not having heard anything, at 3:45, I asked for an update. When I received no reply, I called at 5:45 and was told my car was done. I was also told that the paperwork had been left on Kim's desk even though she was not there. When I picked up my car, the problem with the second row sun shade had not been addressed. Instead your technicians worked on the front row sunroof! So I left a message for Kim by around 9 a.m. telling her about this sun shade mistake. Well, Kim didn't return my call. So after 3 p.m. I called again and left another message, this time with a live person. Kim then returned my call. My wife insists she was clear with Kim that it was the second row sun shade she told Kim about. Kim doesn't recall that. I believe my wife since we borh witnessed the problem. I don't think this experience speaks well of your staffs attention to detail and customer service follow-up. For example, don't text me to say that you will provide status updates and then not do it. Don't allow me to leave you a voicemail message and then not pick it up and respond. Don't leave paperwork on a service advisors deal who is not in the office.

It was a quick turnaround time. Got the car there Tuesday and had the car back on Wednesday afternoon. Kim was very professional.

Robert was very kind and attentative during the entire work process. He has a wonderful and professional energy about him, that made me feel very reassured my car was in good hands. Any questions I had regarding my car, he was able to answer and he kept me updated on my cars status throughout the matience.
