Maybe it's out of your control. But I felt the price was pretty expensive. Almost 2k for hose replacements, which means the labor must've been they the roof. Still the service was quick and the vehicle was fixed with no leaks. As promised. Good job. And Steve was great as a service rep

FIRE STEVE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! MY TRANSMISSION WAS BLOWN BECAUSE OF STEVE... my last service I asked Steve to have the technicians check and fill my transmission if needed. His response was that you cannot check the transmission. Which is not true!! Then he did not tell me how much it would be to have my vehicle diagnosed. Then I was given a loaner car and I have the documents to prove it that was then converted to a rental that I was not told about until I pick my vehicle up.

Steven is the best service advisor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate him a 15. He was very diligent with keeping me advised on the status of my vehicle and seem to genuinely care that I was completely satisfied with my experience.
