It's a small but annoying thing. This is the second time I have left a car with you for service that you send a text message update, suggest that we reply if we have any questions, and then when I do text back, you don't respond. Why use the text feature if you aren't going to reply? And then I get a text that my car is ready almost an hour after I have picked up my car and I had to call in to get that status. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The customer service was great but the cost to repair simple molding was ridiculous. 235 for parts and llabor for such a small thing led me to pass on the service for now.

The customer service was perfectly fine but I was not informed that there was a charge for the rental car. For the issue my car has I believe the rental car was supposed to be free of charge since it is under warranty. Also, I was quoted approximately $50 for a serpentine belt. On the final invoice it cost $74, which is a big difference. Again, everyone was very friendly, the service was completed quickly and my car is running well now. Only issue was the estimate/invoice. I should note that the issue has been resolved- I returned the belt and the charge for the rental car has been refunded.
