Eric is excellent. He didn't try to upsell me. Even checked tires and told me I didn't need to replace them yet. Fast service, drop off and pick up service and a clean car..... what's not to like?

Ms. Kim Hawkins was exceptional in helping me with my car repair needs, Kim made sure that I was updated when my car repairs was completed and called when it was ready to be picked.
Robert Perez not only provided me with the service my vehicle required but he followed through with his promise to keep me posted during the repair process. I was pleasantly surprised & grateful when he offered a loaner car! Picking up my freshly washed Explorer was the cherry on top!!

Kim Hawkins is great at her job, and always takes care of me when it comes to my car. I trust her to tell me what I need and use every avenue to save me money whether coupons or rebates. I just love her energy and you can tell she cares for her customers. To give you an example of how much I appreciate Kim, recently my Ford Fiesta was totaled by a hit and run, I could of bought any other car, but I chose a Ford. (my thought was who will maintain my car if I buy any other, because if it was a Toyota I would take it to that dealer. It was a no brainer. Thanks Kim . Hey and Ford of Upland if Kim ever leaves sorry but so will I. She truly is an asset to your company and understands what customer service is all about.
