Kim Hawkins went above and beyond to insure everything went smooth and stress free. She kept me updated every step of the way and explained all that was being done. Steve was alright but I can’t believe the quality of service. The car was brought out to me with the whole backup, navigation, etc completely black..they had to bring it back while I waited. Then they charged me for windshield wipers and didn’t change them. They did send a porter up to put new ones on. He had a lot of trouble with one and had to go back and get another. Then the blades are not even fords. They are after market. They giggle and don’t have a smooth wipe. Very disappointing.

It was hard to get an update on the status of my vehicle after dropping off via the text link. I never received a phone call either of what caused my car trouble and never received a call to say when it was completed. Very poor communication. Had to figure out what they did To repair at pickup of vehicle.

The service on the oil, battery was fine, asked for the truck being washed. I would say it was a rinse job, it was not washed!
