I was very happy about the almost free oil & filter change from my rewards program... however this is the 2nd time that the tire rotation was not done which was part of my oil change and tire rotation package.

My car was at Ford for two and a half weeks, which I do not believe was necessary. There were also several occasions when my dad tried to contact Ford and they would not call him back. Then, my dad called Ford today after Hertz said my car rental was overdue. But I am glad that I can leave the car rental at Ford instead of having to go back to Hertz. This is more convenient for me.

I was a bit upset about my initial appointment. I couldn’t understand what happened to my car. I called back to the service department and talked to Eric and he explained what was needed to repair my car. So I scheduled another appointment for the repairs. Upon my return for the repairs, Steve the initial service writer, who helped me, treated me with great respect and professionalism. So, that alone made me feel more confident about the work being performed on my car. I give Upland Ford a 5????????????????????. Thanks Guys!! Darren D
