I brought my vehicle in to have the tires checked out to see why I was getting the low pressure signal. After having the oil changed and a sign off on the tires that all were okay, I took my vehicle home. I woke up this morning to find my drivers side rear tire flat! I had to go to a funeral and was glad I had a second vehicle. I have another funeral tomorrow to attend so I cannot deal with this until Monday. It doesn’t make sense to me that I asked about my tires but nothing was found! Now the vehicle is in my garage and will be a bear to get the tire fixed. WHAT IS FORD OF UPLAND WILLING TO DO?

Steve went to bat for me. My transmission was stuttering and it was 34 days past warranty and Ford wanted full cost for the repair. Steve made a call explaining the situation and Ford agreed to pay all but $500.00, It wasn't necessary for Steve to do this but I really do appreciate his effort seeing as how my grandchildren will have a Merrier Christmas.

I am not happy with the answer i received, the it is a design flaw, in regards to the noise my Ford Flex makes when the back window in down. The vibration is so bad that my entire body shakes. This is my sixth Ford and none of my other vehicles had this issue
