Hugo is a service writer and only writes up the complaint. However, there appears to be little effort made by the tech to resolve the issues. To tell me that bolts to fix the seat are obsolete and then tell me that to repair/ replace 2 door lock cylinders would cost $265 without removing them to see what the problem is and then charging me $110 estimate fee was a bit much. Btw... I fixed the door lock cylinders by easily removing them and spraying Liquid Wrench solvent in the cylinder to free them up. It took a total 30 minutes for both sides. So I will definitely use YouTube to figure out how to make repairs before returning to your Service Dept.
Eric was efficient and helpful. I was there a short time and was given a ride home within fifteen minutes. Much appreciated
