Your service guy was ok. But Ford customer service ****. I bought a new long block 3 1/2 years ago. The motor has less than 20k on it but is 5 months out of warranty. It’s Distroying itself internally. They basic said sorry nothing we can do.
I’ve bought a new f350 from you and then a second one used a few years later. I have 3 f150 FX/4 in my family now and my wife’s Taurus. I was a ford guy but never again will I ever get another ford
He was very polite and professional. He even printed out my service agreement for me
We were happy with the service oil change and that but we are still waiting for a call back concerning the maintenance plan that we paid for.
I always try to get Kim as my service rep when I bring in my car for service. Today she was able to get my long awaited passenger airbag installed in my Ford edge. She also fixed my wiper blades and windshield wiper fluid spray system.
