My utmost appreciation goess to the used car manager, Vincent , he settled my concerns about buying a Ford. I was a long time supporter of Toyota and but fell in love the with new body mustang. After voicing my opinion about multiple issues, he treated me like a truly valued customer. He took care of the repairs and when the shuttle was already returning customers to their homes and would not be back in time to pick me up, they called me an uber to make sure i got to the dealership in time to get back the the driver seat of my mustang. Thank you Vince and the staff at Ford of Upland.
