They did a great job of following up when I had a question after the service
They never told me explain how much were the parts and they over charge me for the service and they don't even wash my vehicle like I request it

Although it took a lot of time to get my car serviced (5 weeks!). Steve was there whenever I had a question. He was very apologetic as took the time it took to complete my car and kept me informed on a regular basis.

The 3 hour wait was extremely long for “The Works” and $30 to clean the battery terminals so the tech could test it was expensive. My car struggled to start as soon as the service was completed. I had not had this problem prior to the service. I called Eric Heronime to inform him and he told me the battery terminal was broken. This wasn’t noted in the service report. I was left stranded 2 hours later and had to call for roadside service. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I believe the battery terminal was broken by the technician when he cleaned it and it took an additional hour to get it back together in a substandard manner. The battery was purchased Sep 2016.

It's not so much about the service as is to the fact that I have a new car that i bought in March and I have had two oil leaks. I am very disappointed. This is my 7th Ford and I am losing faith in the brand and that makes me very sad.
Everyone and everything went so smoothly. Also I didn’t have to wait for a long period of time. Robert Perez was kind and curtious to my needs and explained everything right on point.
