Second time I brought in the truck for the same issue engine light and truck was stuttering brought home and the truck engine light still is on and the truck is doing exactly the same thing I replace the spark plugs and I did not fix the problem

This place is great. Im so glad I have some one I trust to fix my car. They always know what is wrong with it and fix it perfectly the first time. Plus the prices are fair and every one is polite and friendly.

I brought in my vehicle for a searing column recall in Ford would not give me a loaner car. The vehicle was at service for a total of five days.

I was happy with Gustavos service, what I was not satisfied with was the cashier girl who acted like COVID-19 was no big deal and was not wearing a face mask!
Gus was very helpful and in daily communication with us regarding the updates on or vehicle. He also got us a rental until or car was repaired.
Advisor Mark **** was very did not do a good job following up with me during a diagnostic. I took my car in Thursday, June 24th and finally got an update on my car Thursday, July 1st. It took a whole week get a diagnosis. Most days I did not get an update on my car and I had to be the one to call. On Wednesday, I called around 2pm asking for an update and I was told he was busy but he would receive my message. A few minutes before 6, I called again because I had not heard from him. When I called I was told he had left already, there was no manager available and I still could not get an update. At this point, I had not received an update since Friday June 25th and had to extend my rental car twice, without knowing a date because I had not heard from Mark or anyone from Ford. The first time I called on Friday June 25th Mark mentioned that they weren’t too sure what was wrong with my car and it needed to stay a few more days. What not was explained to me was that there would be an additional fee. Finally, when I ask that I need my car back, Mark states that the diagnostic fee went from $180 to $360 because they had to go back and check it again to make sure what they thought was the problem was correct. I believe this price change is something that should have been explained to me before it was done. One Wednesday June 30th and Thursday July 1st, I called to speak to a manager and the lady who answered mentioned the manager wasn’t available but she would give him my name and number but it’s Friday, July 2nd almost 9pm and I have not heard from anyone.
