Some more communication from my service advisor would’ve been welcomed. I ended up driving to the dealership in person in order to get a final update about my car after my previous texts went unanswered. He was nice, but again, a little more communication would’ve been appreciated.

I asked about an oil leak and did not get a satisfactory answer that it had been looked at, just that nothing was written down. I get home and later pull out and find two fresh spots, so I'm left to deciding on my own if there remains a problem or not.

Gustavo was great, very nice and even went out of his way to search for the boxlink bed cleats for me which I had forgotten about when purchasing my new F150 just a few months back. Very appreciative for his assistance today, Thanks again.

The vehicle was in for service for a week without being looked at. I was told it would be another few days to a week just to get it diagnosed. I decided to take my car back and take it elsewhere. Unacceptable service. Mark’s answer was “we’re busy.”

I was sent a text from Mark **** saying that I could ask questions via text. This morning, I sent a text with a question. Hours later, I still had not received a response. So I called the dealership and pressed “1” for service. I was on hold for a long period and then the call was picked up an operator (not the service department). She said that she would connect me to the service department, who placed me on hold again. And then that process was repeated several times — for 15 minutes. Finally I asked the operator not to forward my call and asked her to take a message for Mark ****. I never received a returned call or text. From the first moment to the last, it was clear to me that Customer Service was not important in your facility. I have never given a negative review before, but I plan to write one for Yelp. I have always been treated with assistance and respect at other car dealerships. Honestly I have been treated with more assistance and courtesy at Vons.

Gus is the best you should hace more just like him he treats me like family I gave never had a service dept so professional so caring and knowledge of cars is exceptional with out Gustavo I would not come there words r nit enough HE IS A ROCKSTAR AND BEYOND
