It took me 8 days to get an appointment to bring it in and be told it couldn't be looked at for 2 or more days? Why wasn't my appointment made for a day that it could be serviced? Then after 2 days no resolve of my issue...I had to call to find out what was going on. They drove my truck 31 miles with no gas commendation or rental car for 4 days they had my truck...I had to turn around from my vacation plans to Nevada because my engine light came on and lost power to my truck thank God I made it home safely...I am so upset with Ford that I am considering leaving Ford and buying from another brand...which is very upsetting to me since I am 63 and have been a Ford man my whole life.

Mark was very professional. He called me early in the morning, I was satisfied with the service.
My most basic service, an oil change, done on Monday was not done correctly due to a “technician error” resulting in me driving around with low oil for a few days and having to come in to get the service redone

I have been coming to Ford of upland for over 10 years. I have purchase 2 cars from this establishment. I will be returning.
I went in for what I thought to be a simple issue but was told it was very serious and my engine had a big problem, that I couldn’t drive away with my car (that had zero issues when I drove up) and it would take at least a month to fix up to 2 months. I was also told if it was his family member he would not let them drive away with the vehicle and that I needed to sign some thing if I wasn’t getting it fixed because it was unsafe. Complete scare tactics…. I spoke with two other Ford dealers and both service departments said it would be a week to two to fix and I could drive the car until it was serviced. I will never go back.
