My service advisor,Michael, greeted me with a smile. He listened to what I said. When the car was ready, he explained the paperwork to me. Michael showed me he has confidence and knowledge of his job. Good job Mike!!!
Gus is excellent, providing timely info about the status of car repairing ! Also he has good knowledge about the pickup — Raptor I send for repairing !!

Mark was great. However, the wait even with an appointment was very long. It was a few minutes shy of 3 hours for an oil change.
The people at Upland Ford are friendly, professional and the office space is very clean and spacious.
The service provider informed me it would be 1 hour 45 mins . After 2 1/2 hours I decided to go check on the status of my vehicle . I noticed my car was parked .when I was walking in . The service tech had made no effort to inform me that my vehicle had been finished . His comment was oh I must have been calling the wrong person . No apology whatsoever . Hope this isn’t the normal treatment of your customers .

Every one is rude that works in service including payment desk.
They were supposed to have my car for 24 hrs to let me know any issues
They had it for a week and still wasn’t fixed or clearly communicated to what was needed to be done.
I took my car else where for service! Will never go there again nor will I recommend that service to any one!
They took great care of me.
