I brought my car Thursday morning, I called Friday and my car had not been touched and Gustavo said he will Call me, I called again and then he told me he would need the car for the weekend but if anything changes will updates. In desperation cause I was going to work the weekend, I called Saturday hoping just for something and he said the tech that do that work don’t work in the weekend and when I had indicated I had no ride and had to work state do could pick up the car but he couldn’t guarantee and safety, at that point I didn’t need to pick up car that was not worked on. Monday called again I found Steve was covering for Gustavo he had my frustration and had my car looked at , and agreed with me it’s should have not taken 5 days to find out the problem they car had was the battery, I couldn’t get my car Monday either cause the problem was under warranty and I had to wait for battery to be order. I finally got my car on Tuesday, after I had a hell of time to get to work my work weekend so I was not happy at all to say the least and I was going to write a review and post online but decided to give benefits of doubt and wait to see if the happens again

Mark **** is an excellent Service Advisor (SA). The "no" response given to your general question is derived from the dealership management not being completely dedicated to insuring genuine communication between service activities and necessary time to complete same at the lift or work area, and to the SA and through him or her to the customer. The result was that although I would have actually "waited" in dealership for the service time to be completed, I could not wait and it seemed that since I was not present physically, the work on my Ford Fusion was allowed to slip well into the afternoon and thus became effectively a full day for essentially routine services.
