The main reason I leased my plug-in hybrid Fusion was to access the carpool lane. My lease began in November with a promise of tags. In May (6 months later) I came in to the dealership to complain about not having my tags. Your finance department told me the check paying for them was never cashed by the DMV. In May your dealership sent another application and check for the tags. It’s the middle of August and I don’t have tags. This isn’t working… When I was negotiating the lease I was assured I would have the tags shortly. I leased my previous Focus from your dealership also, and the tags were in the file and on the car when I left your lot.

We had a 9:00AM Appointment, and it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! We’re wondering how long it would have been if we hadn’t had an appointment? We were satisfied other than the time frame!

Totally professional & treatment was respectful but i just wish in that kind of matter I would have been put in a safer environment to have at least a replacement vehicle for the time I waited & I understand nothing is giving but earned!

I would personally like to thank Steve Isip and his staff for their sincere and professional approach to my needs. Having a 3rd party Road Hazard Warranty from Citrus Motors caused some delays but Steve made me feel important and kept e informed during my visit. Repair was performed at time promised and I was very pleased with overall experience.

When I didn’t hear a response for 2 days regarding their diagnosis after dropping off the car, I called to follow up. The wrong number was typed into the computer apparently when I gave it and I didn’t notice when I was asked to provide a signature. I didn’t have my glasses and if I was told to double check the info provided I don’t recall. Having said this, I was made to feel as if it were my fault when I called to find out what was going on. Now that that was out of the way, I was informed of the problem, which was already something we had figured out before we brought it in, but the hemming and hawing about the cost and how long it would take made me think maybe I had options. There were no options other than to get the work done. Why was it so difficult to deliver that info and get going on the work? I was told it would be Friday or Monday. Ok…get started pronto! Right? At approximately 4:30pm on Friday I called to follow up and gratefully the car was done and out for a test drive. Glad I called, because had I not, would I have received a call on Friday? Hard to say. I picked it up Saturday morning, no issues…as I was walking out I overheard a conversation that sounded similar to my initial contact…”I called you at xyz and left you a message. You didn’t get it? That’s weird. I called you at this number and left you a message.” Once again making it seem that it was that customer’s fault. It seems like the way the service dept reaches out to their customers is flawed somehow. Having said all of that, I was pleased that I received quick attention while in the facility. People were friendly and attentive. I have confidence that my vehicle was fixed properly. I hate to complain, but if it helps you streamline the customers total experience, then we all win.

Gus is very friendly, efficient and informative. He is a wonderful representative for Ford of Upland..and Olivia is great too. Love them both!!!!!
