I would prefer that Steve Isip not be the person to contact me, because I got the impression all 3 times that I had to bring my car in since the beginning of June for the problem that he doesn’t think women know anything about cars. I would prefer the manager of the service department be the one to contact me. (I.e.Steve’s boss)

I appreciate the work that was done but I was told I had 3 mm to my back brakes and that I should change them and I’d just had my front brakes done the day before and when they checked they said they were fine and that I had 5 mm left. At that point I felt like they were scamming me for more money which just ensures my decision to never get another Ford. I’m also upset that I’m having the same issues that we’re recalled on the same make model and year but my vin number conveniently is the right one.. This is the second lemon I’ve gotten from Ford so between that and now feeling Like their trying to take me for more money really made me upset!!!!
