You need someone outside to greet customers, esp. since you you have a lot of people coming from Upland for the first time. A shelter would be nice St that area too.

I took my wife’s Ford Edge in to the Upland Ford this past Saturday due to concerns with the brakes. We were advised by Gustavo that the brake fluid was dirty and rear brakes were low. All in cost was a bit too much at this moment. I opted for the brake fluid exchange service. Now the brakes are worse! My wife is afraid to drive the car since she has to really press hard on the brakes than prior to taking the car in. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. I feel like I completely wasted $170.03 for her car to be worse than before!
