You might want to leave the finished car in front of the door, so the customer doesn’t have to walk all the way across the lot. I’ll never be back, the Ford dealer off the 15 fwy has a great service department. Good luck.

I had to call several times to just figure out what was going on with my car then once everything was done my car sat there with a new battery in the car I was then told that The other testing couldn't be done until Thursday so I just took my car The person I was dealing with was mark

Mr gustavo is a awesome guy i always take my car to upland ford because of him but the tech that did the work on the car and that was suppose to do a tire inspection failed to see that there was a slit in 1 of my tires im glad i seen it when i got home my dad noticed it when i rolled up into my drive way at home that is not safe cause its on the wall of the tire not safe at all and im taking a big trip this weekend can you imagine if i had a blow out with my family in the car just wanted to let you know.

Service employee became rude and offensive when I denied the recommended issues that needed to be fixed with my vehicle. He than continued to dismiss my case by not giving me full information on my oil service being completed.
