How about you perform the work on the vehicle that you say you are going to do! Don't lie to your customers about what was done to the vehicle.

This was the worse experience I ha e ever had at a dealership. You have definitely lost a customer. Customer service is terrible. Nobody answer the phone, or outs you on hold till somebody hangs up. My car spent a week at the shop and never got looked out. I wasted $300 on a rental. Then they had the audacity to rush me to get my car out of there. I will never do business with you guys again. I was in the market to purchase had 5.0 Mustang. I will be going somewhere else. My f-150 had to be towed to another location. You guys get 4 thumbs down.
