Sellers took advantage of my son by not asking him what type of oil to use. Sellers used synthetic which costs a lot more. After talking to my son, turns out Sellers did this the time before. The synthetic that is used lasts up to 20k miles. The sticker on windows says change in 5k miles. I will no longer use Sellers for any future Ford maintenance or any future purchases. It is clear this dealer is about scamming customers by taking advantage of them. I will also spread the word how sellers try to cheat people especially during current pandemic times.

James always takes care of me when I come in for a service. He’s kind and knowledgeable which makes my experience that much better. He also has the guys give me a courtesy carwash for my 2020 F-250 and it’s greatly appreciated. My busy life prevents me from being able to keep it clean how I like it so it’s very helpful.
