Thomas is your best asset. I have been working with your Maintenance Department for well over a decade,and though all your people are good, Tom is WAY above normal. Extremely knowledgeable and personable, he truly cares about the customer and always strikes a good balance between the needs of Ford and the Customer. Though it sounds trite, I really can't say enough good about Thomas Julian. Also, his boss (whose name escapes me)is also very helpful and truly cares about the customer, and it shows. Understand that I am a 4th generation "Ford man"... my family has had nothing but Ford Vehicles for 4 generations. Tom is the epitome of what Ford Service is ALL ABOUT.

We brought the vehicle in to have the passenger door locking system looked at. It had to be replaced due to not operating correctly. Received our vehicle back Friday afternoon and once someone sat in the passenger side, locking system works as it should but you’re locked inside the vehicle. You cannot open the door from the inside. The door only opens from the outside. The locking system works correctly but the door will not open from the inside at all.
