Hi, service was fine. Your associates tried to sell needless services. For example, an antifreeze change at 68k miles when it’s 100k. Same with diff, transmission, etc.

My car was very well taken care of. Roger was in contact with me on a regular basis reassuring me that my car was inside the bay and was doing well. Roger contacted me with every update and every question in regards to pricing, parts, and what options I wanted. My primary concern was keeping my car in doors and I wanted to know who was going to work on it. Roger and everyone there at Ed Morris Ford are very accommodating, and I will be utilizing services there again.
