James was great! I had work that needed to be done on a used Ford vehicle I had bought at another dealer. He worked with them over the phone to get details worked out. Got my parts ordered and had me scheduled in a reasonable time frame and completed quickly, great service all around!

This team is phenomenal. Mr. Sutton and the mechanic staff took care of my wife’s Ford Explorer for a regular Maintenance oil change. First, Mr. Sutton was completely professional and respectful. Secondly, the service staff got the vehicle done in less than an hour. Everything was performed to standard and I am very happy with this Ford Service Department. Lastly, the car has a recall and Mr. Sutton ensured the parts were ordered and communicated they will give us a call when the parts arrive no questions asked. Thanks Team!

My van has a 7.3 turbo Diesel engine. When it’s really cold like last night, if the block heater isn’t plugged in, it’s difficult to start. Your guys ran my batteries down trying to start it and had to jump it. They called and told me one of my batteries was bad and wanted to know if they could replace it. I told them, no. They also said I likely have a glow plug problem too. I picked up the van, took it to Napa and had them test both batteries, which were fine. I’m just surprised factory Ford mechanics didn’t know about the block heater...

I had an awesome experience with my service at your dealer my service writer Thomas was amazing and actually kind of surprised me because he actually remembered who I was and remembered that I wanted a tire rotate and I had been almost a year since I was last there and to meThat is really important to have that kind of customer service so I do want to say once again thank you so very much to Thomas for being a wonderful service writer and giving me the experience that would make me wanna come back
