I appreciate Tom attempting to get my airbag cover replaced. It's unfortunate that Ford doesn't cover damage from multiple airbag removals and leaving me with a damaged cover. Other than that, the service experience went very well. Thanks Tom for your attempt and willingness to help.

Tommy is great he is always very fair and honest. He does his best to get my truck in and out as quickly as possible and makes sure everything is done just how we had discussed. If anything else ever comes up he makes sure I'm aware before anything is done.

Paid $200.00 for a full detail. Cup holder dirty, center of dash close to windshield has dust, and bed of truck still has dirt in the bed of it. Could not discuss disservice as my ride dropped me off and left. Did not want to be inconvenience to look for transport and more time to resolve issues. I am normally not picky but for the price paid would have liked full service detail.
