I’ve literally been nothing but a dedicated customer to this dealership but after the events I’ve experienced this last week I have been gravely disappointed. My situation may have been somewhat unique but the fact that I had one vehicle down in your shop awaiting maintenance and my other vehicle (mind you that I just bought from you) had expired dealer tags and you guys couldn’t lift your finger to help me out with some vehicle to loan speaks volumes of the character of the organization. I was very vocal about my situation with the dealership, and talked to multiple people about my situation. So my situation and need for help did not go unnoticed by the employees. The worst thing is as I was walking out of the dealership I explicitly heard a manager talk to a group of customers that if they wished to buy a car they could take it over night at least to see if they liked the vehilce. Yet there I am inside the dealership, in a very desperate situation, being denied to borrow a vehicle when I literally bought a freakin new car from you guys a little over 30 days ago and have only ever takin my vehicles to get serviced with you. But roger I now see the integrity of the business now.

Your app did not keep me informed. It worked fine wfen vehicle was turned in but after that I would call to check on status after phobe call I would get a text letting ne know to contact them if I had any questions last Monday when I called I was told they were wrapping up the work never heard from maintenance agian contacted them Friday asked if they were done was told yes ,I asked why I was never contacted about vehicle being completed was told that there was an issue with the texting App.

Mr Julian was great from the beginning o this process. The service was completed in a very timely period. Everything was completed satisfactory.

What a really great customer service guy! He was down a mechanic and managed to fit my car in to get it fixed. He didn't seemed stressed and really was nice considering the pressure he was under.
