I was completely satisfied with my experience at your dealership. I would like you all to know that I couldn’t have been happier. I had a fairly simple mechanical failure but someone else may have turned into a days long issue. Your team dealt with it in an expeditious and customer centric manner. I have owned Fords my whole life and have had some bad experiences. They were not necessarily the fault of the product but most certainly the way the people I was working with handled the situation. Both the service writer and the mechanic at your dealership handled it with expediency, aplomb and courtesy. I was hauling a heavy load with my F350 diesel but was on my way in less than an hour! Highest kudos to all involved personnel. Please pass this on, I know I will!

A Manager actually jumped to a conclusion assuming my 286k mile well maintained 2002 Ford Explorer by stating " it must not have been taken care of " after I was basically bullied,and treated like someone who was dumb after my transmission line was broken at your Dealership. I'm the Second Owner of this well maintained Vehicle that did not have a transmission line leak until it was dropped at your Dealership. I was even told other mechanics in the area worked on Servicing this transmission and after phone calls found this not true. Thanks To Sellers Sexton I am now stranded,and intend to sue.
