It turns out that the service department replace the wiper motor and then discovered that that was not the problem so they ask if they could replace the wendshield washer Motor the one they put in was malfunction so I was told they had to order a new part and they would let me know when the part got in so I could bring my truck in after it arrives. I will be out of town for a week and will bring back to the service department upon my return, they did put everything back so the wipers still work. I really appreciated the service department keeping me informed.

When my vehicle was returned the interior was so dirty and not cared for and the exterior was not even washed.

Once the contract was signed/and before it was signed no one helped me with the features of the car. I felt like no one cared. I had to keep checking for the title of the car to get the car licensed. Bad experience !!!!!
