Still working the minor issue, I noticed two bolts on the tailgate were broken. Will stop by tomorrow morning to work the resolution. I notified the service department 5 minutes before closing, so this survey is a bit premature. Please send your surveys out three to four days after a service or repair so that any small issues can be corrected as very few customer / retail transactions are ever really chompleted untill there is time to fully inspect the product or service...

Floor mats were wet. Wax was still in portions of truck. Dirt was still on top of seats and fronts of running boards.

I paid over $300 just for you to analyze my car to tell me you couldn't figure out what the problems were and to have the coolant system flushed I would think that you would be able to figure out what the problem was especially with her Dash code I also turned it in with the complaint that it shifts rough when going from Electric to gas and it's still just as bad as it ever was

I don't have a comment, I have a question. Is the courtesy carwash only for a particular service? In the past, I would get a courtesy carwash and vacuum for an oil/filter change. I don't know if it was no longer the norm.
