I never let you was my vehicles. Lee the service manager knows this and annotated it. So I watched my truck come off the lift. Lee was gone. I was asking a ball park monthly payment on that beautiful red mustang convertible. Forms releases no ball park figure yet, where’s my truck? I had to go looking for it! There it is parked next to the empty car wash one hour and twenty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled a week in advance and the truck is parked in the back lot?! I stormed the service desk. Oh?! They brought the truck then waited til they printed out the sheet, off to the payment window. I was so angry I told the salesman I didn’t want to hear the ball park figure and drove off. Jeremy called later and gave me solid numbers and I apologized to both him and the salesman. What’s so hard? Drive it off the lift and turn it over to service?BTW the reason I left was my pacemaker was slowing my heart rate. First time for me. I usually laugh things off.
