It’d be nice to get an update less than five hours after work begins on my vehicle and maybe let me know what the issue was before you just go ahead and fix it. The front service said they were crazy busy- then get them some help.The shuttle service is great, but maybe let folks know it won’t be available at the end of the day.

50,000 mike maintenance and oil change for 79.99 was a joke to me and I conveyed that to the service manager! The service dept. employee in my opinion was rude. I bought my car from you in January and not sure I will have my maintenance ever done here again
