If your techs are going to be joy riding in my vehicle, please tell them to put the radio back on the channel I like and to turn my air conditioning back to it's proper setting. I think you have probably lost my business.

We were traveling back from Indiana hauling horses and had a complete breakdown. Lee, Drew, and David Bruce came to our rescue!! They fit us in and fixed the truck and Lee contacted David and he hauled our trailer and horses to his place while the truck was being repaired. All of these men went above and beyond in customer service to us and we are forever grateful. They made a very scary situation turn out ok. Im sure they treat everyone the way they treated us. Thank you!!!

The car wash was broken again, this is my second time in a row not getting my vehicle washed after a service!! Maybe it’s time for an upgraded car wash!!

There were 2 pieces of wood left under the car. (2x3 pieces about 8 inches long) We discovered one and removed it. The other one fell off while we were driving home. Did not feel that was a safe way to drive. We could cause a problem for someone driving behind us.

They used to do a complimentary car wash at the end , they didn’t this time kinda disappointed they didn’t this time.

My Lincoln MKS had been washed and large calcium dried water spots were left all over the hood and trunk. I had to use resist-all paint polish to buff out the spots. Not happy.

Every time I’ve gotten an oil change before the place has never told me the amount of quarts I needed if I was to do the oil change myself.

It would've been nice to know what the charge was going to be and that there even was a charge for evaluating the vehicle. Especially shouldn't have been charged twice to check for the source of noises coming from the car.
