It took 3 weeks for my vehicle to get repaired, due to the fact that every time I called to see if my part has come in they told me no. It took for me to go in to find out that my part was already there and I was given the run around. The mechanics did a fantastic job.

Roger kept me informed about every aspect of what repairs were thought to be needed and a ball park figure on the expected costs. He advised me of what appears to have gone bad and the repairs needed. As soon as my vehicle was repaired he notified me and told me what the shop had found. He also advised of the final cost which was extremely close to the original estimate. All in all I believe Roger went above and beyond to keep me completely up to date. I feel confident that when I pick up my vehicle there will be no problems. Thanks
