Apparently Fords server was down, so my radio could not be updated and now I have to bring it back again. Highly possible it may be down again. Other than that my service was fine. Not thrilled when I was told it would cost $79 to update the touch screen system...are you kidding me? Trucks two years old and I bought the extended coverage.

Mr Sutton always does an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my truck and any recommended service to be performed. The work is always done quickly and right the first time. The great service is one of the main reasons I drive over 80 miles for service, instead of going to one of dealerships much closer to home.
